White Rose

Love The White Rose

No need really as the room was breathtaking! laid out smartly, And the food was the best, a lighter meal was just the thing, but each course was special  I've never had Beetroot and Mackerel starter, the Chicken in mushroom and pepper sauce on top of mash potatoes with spring vegetables, followed with just enough of Chocolate moose with a Chocolate dipped strawberry with a little clotted cream, finished it off. There was also a course of biscuits and cheese for those not quite full !

19/5. We had Sunday Roast Dinner with Kilbys at the TMSC sailing club. Paulene wanted to see the artist at the Mt. Edgecombe Orangery, so I drove out, a little walk with Ben buying us an Ice Cream as Paulene looked for the artist, walked in the Gardends only to find were not the only twinners there, sit down by the Battery ("Guns" to the uninformed). As we were leaving Paulene again went to find and did talk too the Artist doing a display in the Orangery.
